12 Sep 1942 -- OCS Selections

Orders came down today for selection to Signal Corps Officer Candidate School, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Departures were to be scheduled to arrive September, 18th, to attend the "officer candidate course and later assignment to duty and new permanent duty station." This order was an extract (paragraph 7) of the original order from HQ Seventh Service Command, Services of Supply, Omaha.
